Welcome — this is my personal corner of the web.
I’m Nam Chan (aka Alfred Nam), CTO at Wistkey. By day I help businesses adopt AI: private on-prem LLM deployments, agentic workflow automation, and the engineering teams to ship them. Outside of that I build side projects, follow markets, and practise yoga.
Why a personal site
Three reasons, honestly:
- A place to think out loud. Writing forces clarity. Topics here will span tech, IT, AI, business, finance and yoga — the things I actually spend my time on.
- One link that owns my identity. Social platforms come and go; this site collects everywhere I exist online in one place I control.
- A home for side projects. Things I build end up on the projects page, with write-ups when they deserve one.
How the bilingual thing works
I write in English and Traditional Chinese. Some posts exist in both languages — the 中 / EN toggle in the header jumps between them. Most posts will live in just one language, and that’s fine.
